I purchased the Smart Watch for Men Fitness Tracker (FitCloudPro app), and the bottom region of the touchscreen has stopped responding. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Fully reset the watch to factory settings. Recharged it to 100%. Reinstalled and paired it via the FitCloudPro app. After performing these steps, the touchscreen works for about one minute, then the bottom area becomes unresponsive again. This indicates a hardware defect, likely related to the touchscreen or internal digitizer. Could you please provide a replacement unit or a refund? Read more
Although I really like the look of this watch, It lacks in many areas. About the first week or so I had the watch the battery lasted for the whole week but after a month it's only lasting 3 days max. I'm also only using the bare minimum, basically just the watch and the alarm and I'm losing battery life after 2 1/2 to 3 days now. Also the vibration is very weak and there's no way to customize it even on the max. There's also no way to customize the alarm tone on the watch it's very annoying. The battery life has been excellent. I thought the watch had blood pressure but it does not. However it has lots of other good features that I use daily. The seller is exceptional for follow up and answering questions. I recommend the watch and seller. Read more
At first I was a little skeptical of the size but quikly got use to it. I definitely wouldn't want to be without it now. Everything seems fairly accurate. Battery life for me is around 5 days but I don't use the battery save mode. I would definitely buy this watch again. Read more
