I purchased the Smart Watch for Men Fitness Tracker (FitCloudPro app), and the bottom region of the touchscreen has stopped responding. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Fully reset the watch to factory settings. Recharged it to 100%. Reinstalled and paired it via the FitCloudPro app. After performing these steps, the touchscreen works for about one minute, then the bottom area becomes unresponsive again. Although I really like the look of this watch, It lacks in many areas. About the first week or so I had the watch the battery lasted for the whole week but after a month it's only lasting 3 days max. I'm also only using the bare minimum, basically just the watch and the alarm and I'm losing battery life after 2 1/2 to 3 days now. Also the vibration is very weak and there's no way to customize it even on the max. There's also no way to customize the alarm tone on the watch it's very annoying.
