I haven't had a smart watch since my Fitbit YEARS ago. This one comes with a free app. Im still figuring out what it can do but there are so many options. Mine is set to count my steps, remind me to drink water and to move around (work from home). It seems to be pretty accurate so far. Measures heart rate, stress level, bpm and a ton of things, all different workout modes too (cycling, yoga, pickleball etc). Make and receive phone calls! You can get texts but can't send them. I'm still getting used to how to swipe through the screens, it's a small learning curve. It takes a second to pop up when you turn your wrist to wake it up, but it doesn't bother me. You can get free watch faces too,it's fun to play with and easy to change them based on what you're doing. I posted a few pics of different faces I have. I cant get very clear lics of the screen-it's very clear and crisp and bright wven in the sun. Would recommend as a cheaper alternative to expensive brands, especially if all you want to do is motivate healthier actions. Also, I've had this on 24/7 for the last 4 or 5 days after fully charging, and it's at 56% battery now. Very cool. Read more
