June 19 2025 update; we bought 2 of these. One has developed a problem randomly stops counting steps and will not continue unless you shake it hard or restart the watch. Warranty contact seems impossible??? So beware! The step counter was the main reason I only gave it 3 stars. It doesn't count steps if you're pushing something like a shopping cart or lawnmower. The sleep tracker is not accurate. If I sit down to have my coffee in the morning it often thinks I'm still sleeping. This was my first smartwatch to decide if I wanted one at all so the cheap price was the reason for buying. The battery lasts 5-7 days. All the other functions seem to be working as they should.
