CONG CHUA DAU TAY—December 29, 2025
In the event that I left my phone in a different room, the watch would often reconnect after I returned to a location that was within its range. In the rare instances in which it did not, the problem was resolved by launching the companion app and allowing it to sync for a brief period of time. I have not had to continuously change anything in order to maintain it as useful, despite the fact that the basic setup and daily connection have been a little bit difficult to work with. Taking calls: The feature that I depend on the most is the one that allows me to take conversations. While my hands are occupied, such as while I am cooking, carrying groceries, or walking the dog, I am able to notice an incoming call promptly and answer it directly from the watch in the event that it is received. During conversations that take place indoors, the individuals I speak with describe my voice as soft, and I am able to hear them well enough to finish brief discussions without switching devices. Because of the importance of background noise while I am outside, I continue to use my phone for lengthier discussions. However, it has proven to be very useful for me to use it for fast check-ins, confirming plans, or answering calls while I am moving about. Movement and steps: The most constant daily metric has been the number of steps that have been tracked. My routine consists mostly of sitting at a desk, and it is simple for me to overstate the amount of time I spend moving about. My ability to track the overall number of steps I take during the day enables me to make decisions that have a cumulative effect, such as taking the stairs or extending my walk by one more circle. A typical day for me consists of around 1200 steps, and the watch makes it simple for me to identify instances in which I am falling behind. Because I do not have access to specialist equipment, I am unable to verify precise correctness; nonetheless, the patterns are consistent with what I am doing, which is the aspect that is important for maintaining accountability. One of the initial aspects I appreciated was the simplicity of getting started. It fit right into my routine after I connected it to my phone. The ability to make phone calls is very beneficial when things are busy. I can still answer calls directly from my watch when my phone isn't nearby. This aspect is very helpful when I'm cooking, walking, or doing housework. I didn't think I'd use this feature as much as I do, but it has saved me time and made it less necessary for me to constantly reach for my phone. It works well enough that it feels natural and isn't at all difficult to use. I like that I can see how much I've been moving without having to open my phone. It provides me an extra push to get up and move when I realize I've been sitting for too long. I wear it throughout the day, yet I do not perceive the weight of the watch; at times, I forget that I am even wearing it. I also wear it overnight, which helps me understand how I sleep better. Over time, I've started to see patterns that help me change my schedule. I don't need to look at a lot of data; just having a general idea is enough. The fact that it is water-resistant also makes me feel more confident about using it every day. I don't mind wearing it while washing my hands, in light rain, or when I'm working out and sweating. The balance of this smartwatch is what I like best about it. It offers all the features you need to be useful and is still easy to use. It's not too hard and doesn't need a lot of interaction all the time. Instead, it quietly helps me with my daily tasks, like staying connected and keeping track of my sleep and activity. This smartwatch has been useful and dependable in my daily life. It worked as I expected, was easy to use, and lasted a long time without making things more complicated. Read more

I picked up this smartwatch mainly for basic fitness tracking and daily wear. The packaging is clean and organized, and I like that it comes with two bands. The size of the watch is comfortable and lightweight, especially for all-day use. Setup was straightforward. Pairing it with my phone didn’t take long, and the screen is bright enough to read indoors without any trouble. The fitness features like step tracking, heart rate, sleep monitoring, and SpO2 work as expected for general awareness. I wouldn’t rely on it for medical-level accuracy, but it’s useful for keeping an eye on trends. I also like that it can handle calls which is handy when I don’t want to constantly check my phone. Battery life has been decent so far, lasting a couple of days with normal use. It is a solid option if you’re looking for an affordable smartwatch for everyday fitness tracking without a bulky feel.
