I'd grown largely disappointed with the fragility and overpriced nature of my fitbits and wanted a replacement. I was skeptical at first given this things low cost but I've been blown away. It does everything my 300 dollar fitbit did at a fraction of the cost. The battery life is good, the durability is decent, and at the price I'm quite tickled at just how good this is. If you're wanting a fitness watch to track your steps, calories, and get activity reminders, this watch is perfect. Easy to use, cheap, and reliable. What more could you want? Read more
If you aren't sure you want to invest in a high end smart watch, try this one out first! That's what I did during the sales at Christmas and I'm pretty pleased with it. I've never had a smart watch before, but I have a heart condition and COPD and wanted/needed a way to track my heartbeat and my O2 over time and my nurse suggested a smart watch. I bought this one, which was very cheap at the time on sale, and overall I think it was a good buy. It meets my main need and tracks my O2 and my heart rate, recording everything over time so I can download it to my phone daily and later show my doctor or nurse my numbers for the day or over a week or month. This feature works great, storing all the info in my phone where it's easy to scroll through and see the timestamps on any odd readings. The battery life is awesome, I only need to charge it about twice a week and it charges quickly plugged into the USB on the front of my computer tower. And the phone relay feature works fine, letting me answer a call even when my phone is in the next room so important calls don't get missed. This watch might well be five stars for most people, but I'm picky and there are a few features that annoy me. Top one is I can't just turn off the features I don't use. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair most of the time, and I really do not need to track my steps. lol Second feature that I find annoying is the dial. Yes, I can put my own wallpaper in and did immediately, but you can't change the clock layout at all on the "custom dial" or add any other little mini readouts to it like are visible on the prefab dials which mostly track steps and dieting, which I don't need. Third feature I dislike is needing to manually sync daily to keep my information. My memory isn't so great and I'm sure to forget! Fourth is the sound for the call relay feature, in both directions. I hardly use it so it doesn’t bother me a lot, but for someone wanting to talk on the watch often it would probably be more of a problem that it can sound crackly sometimes on both ends of the conversation. Finally, I didn't like the band at all, which was too rigid for me, made my wrist sweat, and was kind of cheap feeling with a plastic buckle. The band honestly reminded me of the ones that were on the cheap plastic watches I wore as a kid back in the 80s. I replaced it immediately with a stretchy woven nylon one that is much more comfortable and doesn't make my wrist sweat. Overall, this is a decent quality, very useful watch. For me it's a solid four star because I like it and will continue using it even though it's not perfect. When the time comes to replace it, I will probably spend more to get a more customizable watch, but for my FIRST smart watch, this one is pretty good! Read more
I bought this in December. The reviews were good, the device looked good, etc. While wearing the device, it was OK for the most part. However about two months after I started wearing it, I noticed my wrist was getting very itchy and my skin was apparently reacting badly to the metal on the back and it caused a very nasty sore. Four months later, this sore has not gone away. This has happened to me with a cheap watch from Walmart in the past as well, and I was always able to get around this problem. I simply putting scotch tape on the metal part so it doesn’t touch my skin. I attempted to do that this time as well and for a while, I thought it worked. But then I noticed my wrist started itching again, and it wasn’t just the back of the watch, causing the problem, the band of the watch was also causing a bad reaction in my skin! Fortunately, the reaction to the band wasn’t near as severe as it was to the metal and the marks the band left on me went away. Anyway, this is my experience with this item. Read more

One of the reasons I decided to upgrade my smart watch was for the Find My Phone feature. I misplace my phone a lot, and the idea of telling my watch to make my phone ring is AWESOME. Unfortunately, it DOESN'T WORK. I select the menu item on my watch, the watch vibrates, but the phone doesn't ring. One other disadvantage is that I ordered the gray watch and received a black one - twice! So I gave up and began using the black one. Sigh. That said, I like that I can see the beginning of Facebook Messenger messages, and texts, and who they are from. That lets me know if I need to pick up my phone and deal with it right away, or not. I do wish I could reply from the watch, but that doesn't seem to be an option for any of the budget smart watches. The menus and navigation on the watch and the phone app are fairly easy to use, and I was able to find a watch face display that I liked. But that broken Find My Phone feature is a real problem for me. I may end up returning the watch because of that. Read more
I wanted to try a smartwatch to see if it's something I want to use long-term. For less than $30 this seemed like a good fit. Other than for time/date, I'm using it to send me text and Teams notifications and notify me of phone calls. I haven't tried actually taking a call on it. It does a great job with those notifications. I hardly ever miss a text, message, or call now. However, it can't handle long texts, and emojis just show up as "messages is doing work in the background." I'm not really into tracking steps, but I did a 100-step test the other day and it was surprisingly accurate. So I've left that on. The app is surprisingly good for a watch at this price point. I was expecting worse. What don't I like? It's a rubberized band, which can get annoying. If I keep using it I'll probably replace the band. And the watch is a little bigger than I'd like. It gets caught on my shirt cuffs a lot. If I upgrade I'd probably opt for a smaller watch face. All in all it was well worth the price. Read more
