I just received these this week, so I can't speak to their durability yet, all although they seem sturdy. I'll update my review if I have any problems with them breaking or tearing. So far, I think these bands are fabulous. I am not allergic to latex, but I love that I can use these and my hands/skin don't stink like latex for hours afterwards. And they aren't making the drawer that I keep my workout equipment in smell like rubber. Also, they don't grab onto my skin and tug at it like my previous latex ones. They stay in place while I exercise, but they feel softer on my skin (if that makes sense). I wasn't sure if the extra width would really help keep them from bunching up, but it does! It's so much easier to use bands when they aren't rolling up! I thought the carrying case was going to be an unnecessary accessory, but it's actually really useful. It's made of a strong fabric with a slide closure mechanism that keeps the bands neatly stored. If I had one tiny criticism, it would be that I wish the bag was a bit bigger to make it easier to get the bands in and out. The bands themselves seem durable and they are thicker than previous bands I've owned (which have all broken). There is a definite gradation in the resistance levels between the five bands. This is great for doing different moves where I might be stronger in one area of my body than another. It's also great that I can move up in resistance as I increase my strength. I've only had the bands for a couple weeks, but so far they are wonderful. The bands are durable, the colors are bright, and each band is clearly labeled with its resistance level. The carrying pouch is also of high quality material and is perfect for keeping your bands safe and organized. I bought these resistance bands at the recommendation of my physical therapist instead of using the bands you tie that they provide in therapy. Those bands loose their resistance and roll up, cutting into your skin. These loop bands do not do that and allow me to continue strengthening my muscles by giving me options for even greater resistance. They are totally worth the price, take up little storage space, and, I believe, will last me a long time. There was even a small little instructionally sheet provided with 8 different exercises to use with the bands...just in case you are not sure where to begin. Friendly, personal customer service too! These bands are the best I’ve ever used! They’re much wider than my previous set of bands, so they don’t roll up or pinch my skin when I’m doing lower body exercises. My other bands were fine for upper body but useless for lower body. These bands from SmarterLife are exceptionally made and I expect them to last a long time. I’m so glad I found them! Read more
Excellent product. However the green (light resistance) band tore. When i notified the seller, they informed me that they had strengthened the product and sent me a new set for free. They then followed up to make sure that I received and was satisfied with the new product. Couldn't ask for better customer service. (And finding a latex-free product is essential for me.) Read more

Item works, but not as good as advertised. The page claims they are wide so they won't bunch up, but these things bunch up so bad. Basically as soon as they go on, they immediately bunch up. I cannot prevent this, but luckily that doesn't bother me too much, as they still seem to work otherwise, just not quite as comfortably. Read more
