"It's just water", some of them say... but really, it is NOT JUST water. It has a balanced (high) ph level, electrolytes and it is vapor destilled so it is wayyy healthier than regular tap water. Just search for the benefits of high ph level water and you will see for yourself. It tastes fresh and has not even a bit of after taste or strong smell like some brands or tap water, which is full of chlorine. I love that it comes in 1L bottles.
