Quality down hill

Have been using this eye liner for several years now. Always bought from Ulta or Macy's. Found it on Amazon and it is less expensive. Have noticed the last few times I ordered from Amazon that the quality of the eyeliner has deteriorated. I don't know if the formula has changed or if Amazon is getting seconds (or knock offs).
