The Chair delivers on all points: Comfort, looks and price! Assembly was super easy. The allen wrench actually has a handle on it which is awesome! And the guide was simple and easy to follow. I'm average in strength and had no issues in putting the chair together by myself. Each piece was quality constructed and fit together seamlessly. I've had the chair for about a month now, and use it for 7+ hours 5 days a week. It's still comfortable, even at the end of a long day! The lumbar support and sturdy, breathable mesh make a big difference. The chair rolls easily, and the adjustable armrests are sturdy, yet raise/lower very easily. The chair looks as nice as the picture, and is holding up very well. An excellent value! Read more

This has been a really great desk chair for my room. It has a great design for almost any environment. It's very sturdy and easily supports my weight. Its been very comfortable with good back support. It reclines and has an adjustabke height. It also has movable armrests which I really like about it. It was very easy to build and is a good value Read more

I just received the chair and first impressions are great. The chair comes in secure but not overly bulky packaging, simple assembly which comes with an allen wrench and some screws (takes about 20min to assemble), its also very comfortable to sit in, I've been using it for a few hours now. Lastly the value of the chair is definitely worth it, looking on Amazon it seems there are many chairs with a similar style which I'm not sure if they're the same chair being drop shipped with different logos but pricing is really competitive with this seller. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a chair. Read more

The chair was well packaged and easy to assemble. The included tools resembled real tools - not the kind you typically see from stores like Ikea. The chair is comfortable and well padded and offers support in all the key areas. It doesn't have much adjustability though - just recline tension and recline lock. The armrests fold out of the way easily. I'm concerned about the longevity of the chair because the back is mounted to the arms, not the seat. Since there isn't any metal brackets holding the back and seat together as is common for most chairs, time will tell if durability is a concern. The only reason I subtracted a star is beacuse the plastic is very easy to scratch. I've already put some gouges in the armrests just from my jacket zipper, which is unfortunate, but overlookable given the price. Read more

Honestly for 36.99 when this was supposed to be 101.99 I was skeptical but it's great, the instruction booklet is super easy to fallow and understand even an elementary school student could understand, the only bit I don't care for but I'm ok with is the plastic arms, it's comfy my tailbone doesn't hurt anymore as well as it reminds you to keep you're back straight, all the complaints about too many parts honestly you're putting it together what did you expect click in to place? Ridiculous honestly! So many lazy buyers on here that complain it's not that hard literally just connect a to b and screw in some screw boom maybe 30 min top, the base is metal and heavy so I was surprised by that and I was worried they'd be flimsy but if you're using the chair how it's supposed to be you will be fine also wider then I thought too but great for small spaces and the hydrolics came lubed up and all good to go I even got extra screw bits in the package AND I was supposed to get this by the 18th I got it on the 10th 2 days after I ordered it my birthdays on the 15th so I was worried it would be arriving later but the one thing I didn't like the 19.99 shipping that's it the arms and shipping but I honestly 100% believe it was worth it, I plan on getting another one in the future best buy on Amazon, also I was skeptical since I couldn't feel it but it's heavy duty sewen seat quality no dings nicks or scratches. This chair was so easy to put together. Make sure that you mark the screws "I", "J", "K", and "L". (They give you one extra one for each size.) The instructions are inside the plastic-wrapped seat but I also retrieved a PDF online in a link that they have. I had told my boss about it at work, and they got the chair for me several months ago. It is so comfortable on my back. One day, I had to use a different soft armchair in the conference room for the whole day, and my back hurt. But with the Smug Ergonomic chair, I've sat for hours and not had back pains at work. So, I finally decided to put it together for home use, and I am very pleased. Read more

At first, I was ecstatic about this chair. It was easy to assemble, looked great, was comfy, and seemed durable. For $100, it was everything I wanted in a chair. However, slowly over time, problems began to arise. In order, these are the things that are currently wrong with the chair. Although it may seem nitpicky, it really does add up. 1. The chair isn't completely stable no matter how loosely or tightly you adjust it. If you put pressure on any edge, the chair wiggles. This is the least annoying of the 3 problems. 2. When you swivel/rotate while on the chair, a high pitch squeaking noise appears. 3. Most annoyingly and recent, whenever I sit on the chair from a standing position, the height of the chair goes all the way down. Once I'm on, if I adjust the height and don't put too much weight, it'll stay. However, if I sit from a standing position, it goes down. Note: I am 200 lbs, so I am on the heavier side. I'm sure that the problems I listed could partially be attributed to my weight. Even still, my weight is under the maximum weight so these things should not be an issue. These small issues add up to a less than ideal experience. I am a little disappointed. Read more
