Arrived yesterday morning before I left for work. Just in time because I have been in a crazy amount of pain. Took this bad boy to work and let me tell you... it helped my lower back so much! I wasn't sure before I purchased it. Some of the reviews with low ratings were petty. I figured it was cheap enough I can try it. Glad I did. This massager does not have a strap(s) to hold it in place on my desk chair. The shiatsu portion rubs my backbone which is uncomfortable. It does not seem to fit my office chair correctly. When I use it, I have to place something under my lower legs and feet or I will fall forward out of my chair. I thought I would enjoy using it much more than I do. I don't care for the vibration at all. It is loud and just seems to shake my chair so I am not sure how it is considered helpful. It is just noisy. The user's manual is also lacking. Read more

I have severe arthritis in my neck and I was given a handheld massager that was way too strong for me and didn't have a heater component. I was hoping for a massage pillow, but I didn't really know what I was looking for. This pillow is absolutely amazing! It hits the right spots in such a way that my eyes roll back in my head bc it feels so wonderful. The price was fantastic, it's easy to use, very durable. The only downside is the 15 minute timer. My wife bought me this as a thank you gift! She already have another massager similar to this but I particularly wanted a neck back massager. This one is way stronger than the other one so that it kinda provide "Shiatsu" version of the massage on the neck. I am enjoying it now! It's a well made item- I use it over and over every day to relieve lower back aches, neck aches, shoulder aches and I have used it on the sides of my hips and on my quads. I recommend! UPDATE 3/11/21- I purchased this on 12/26/20. It lasted just under 3 months and completely stopped working. I had to revise my rating to 1 star. It was great while it lasted, but definitely did not last long enough for the money. I am extremely disappointed. I can no longer recommend. Read more
