Poo durability-suddenly stopped working at 6 mo.

I used to rave about this product and how convertible it is until it suddenly stopped working. The device stopped charging altogether and despite trying different outlets , it now just reads 0 when you plug in and doesn’t charge. It is in pristine shape with no wear and tear. It was also causing issues, toward the end of its very short life, when I connected to my laptop so I had to stop using it for this purpose. Very disappointing- I do NOT recommend this product-poor durability . It was just shy of 6 months before this issue. Read more
