If you ever felt there was something wrong between your teeth, these little sets of IPR paper can help. You start with the black one and its easy to use to get a very tiny path digging down between your teeth. Then you move on to the other ones with a more sand-paper like siding, and you can brush GENTLY and slowly, between the teeth, to wear down any bad fillings or areas where space is needed. This is best used if you've ever tried flossing and said "Should my teeth be THIS tight together?" especially if the dental floss snaps. Your teeth probably SHOULDN'T be that close together and your dentist probably pulled back a tooth, put in the filling, then when it tried to move back it is pushing with a ton of force. These can help alleviate that pain or stress on the nerves quickly and easily. So how did it save my life? I have a rare ear condition that was triggered by a bad dental filling between my teeth called MEM. I went to countless doctors and ENTs who refused to help, and eventually one dentist mentioned IPR paper so I ordered some. After some practice, I was able to extract only PART of the filling to make space, while still leaving it intact against the tooth. INCREDIBLE. My issues with my ear slowly subsided and my nervous system was no longer a disaster. I was at the lowest point of my life and its crazy how these tiny little slips of paper helped me so much.
