Snow Boots Waterproof Warm Plush Lined Mid-Calf Winter Boots with Non-Slip Outsole for Cold Weather

I love these winter boots. I ordered my usual size and the fit is spot on. I also have wide calves, and I really appreciated that the adjustable hook-and-loop strap gives you plenty of room to customize the fit without feeling squeezed. They’re very easy to get on and off, which is a small joy on cold mornings when you just want to get out the door. Style-wise, they’re genuinely cute. This is one of my favorite snow boot silhouettes, and this pair reminds me a lot of another style I already own and love. They’re lightweight but still feel substantial, and once I had them on for a bit, they became extremely comfortable. I did notice a slight pinch in the footbed when I first tried them on one of my feet, but that went away within an hour of wearing them around the house. Warmth is where these really shine: the fleece lining kept my feet nice and toasty all day. They feel perfect for Wisconsin winters where you’re constantly stepping into slush or trudging across cold sidewalks. While I don’t have snow or ice right now to fully test the traction, the tread looks solid and well-designed. As for waterproofing, these feel similar to other city-friendly winter boots I own. I’d happily use them for everyday errands, commutes, and low snow on sidewalks, though I’m not sure I’d rely on them for sports or wading through deep drifts. These aren’t made as well as I had hoped but they’ll do for shorter times outside in the cold. Think getting the mail, walking to the neighbors or maybe to run errands when you’re in and out often but these aren’t going to be great for long activities out in the snow. They have thick soles but the insoles leave much to be desired. Very thin and no foot support so I’m going to have to add some better insoles to them. The Velcro closure is fine but not as forgiving size wise in how much they’ll tighten around your ankle. Also there’s a small gap that’s caused there where I can see snow entering if you’re very active outside in the snow in these. Same with the tops, I can see that as another area where snow would get down inside these especially in thicker inches of snow. The inner fluffy layer is ok. It’s soft and may provide some warmth for a little bit but not for long periods of time. The outer material seems like it’ll be fine to help repel wetness. They’re just OK but not great. These seem to run small in my opinion especially if you have wider feet. I have thinner feet with higher arches and I’m really glad I sized up more than I normally do for winter boots. I typically wear a 7.5 in shoes but get an 8 in winter boots so I have room for a thick pair of socks but I opted for size 9 in these and they’re how I had hoped with just a little extra room so my toes have room to wiggle a bit. They are a more narrow fit so keep that in mind if you have wider feet. If you plan to wear regular socks that aren’t real thick I’d say your normal size might work, but consider going 1/2 to 1 size up. For those with wide feet these may not be the best option unless you size up 1 1/2 - 2 sizes but then they might be too long. Again, I don’t feel these will be the boots you grab for really thick snow and long periods of time out in it, but for more casual wear in cold temps they’re ok. Not comfortable for long periods with the insoles these have as I said, so for longer wear I’d recommend getting better insoles for them. The insoles in these does slide out and back in easily. I got these boots for the winter and they've been exactly what I needed. They are waterproof, which I tested when I had to walk through some slushy puddles. My feet stayed totally dry and the plush lining inside kept them really warm, even when it was freezing outside. The grip is also fantastic. I was worried they'd be bulky, but they're actually pretty sleek and look good with my jeans. The fit is true to size for me. The velcro strap lets me get a snug fit around my ankles, which helps keep the cold air out. They're also surprisingly lightweight and comfortable for walking. Read more

I got these for my wife as her extremities get cold in the winter and these looked like they would be warm and comfortable. My wife has about a size 11 and a half foot and decided to try the 11 as sometimes the size is off a little and 12 sometimes is too big. Her toes just touch the end so it looks like the size is correct (would fit someone who was a solid 11). She loves the fleece lining. It is really warm and comfortable. The comfort issue comes with the insole. It is hard and my wife says the middle of her right foot is a little squished as if the sole were in a slight V shape. This made it uncomfortable for her to wear for long periods of walking. These will work for quick tasks outside, but she would not use them for anything that would require walking or standing for a long period of time. She likes the style and so do I. They are cute with the cuff up or rolled down to expose the lining. The adjustment is also convenient to customize the fit. Overall, these are ok. The comfort is a concern, but they will be good for short outdoor tasks or to just keep warm inside when it is really cold. Read more
