I finally got around to opening this up and trying, and I’m actually pretty excited to continue using this Divine White Teeth Whitening Pen. So I have only tried teeth whitening maybe 2-3 times in my life? Each time I tried, I used the standard strip type that I usually see. I was immediately interested in this because of the difference in application. In regards to application, I have had no issues and I found it to be rather easy actually. First, I started by removing the cap and twisting the pen. When I started a new pen, I twisted slowly for awhile wondering if the gel would ever make its way out. It finally did, and I found that I really didn’t need much as the gel is quite thick and easy to spread around. The brush is pretty soft and easy to use. I felt using a brush gave me good control of where I was putting the gel instead of slapping on a strip and hoping that it is touching all the right places. The only thing that felt strange was keeping my mouth fully open while doing this. Then when I was done applying, it felt strange to close my mouth as if it would all just rub off- but it didn’t seem to. I couldn’t taste anything and so far I haven’t had any issues with any type of irritation. After 5 minutes of waiting awkwardly with this gel on my teeth, I spit it out and rinsed a few times with water. Then I refrained from eating or drinking anything for 1 hour. After one use are the results dramatic and life-changing? No, but I really feel like I notice a bit of a difference, and the best part!!??? No weird patchy bright white spots on my teeth. Every time I have ever tried strips, they whiten my teeth a little, but with some very bright patches and spots. I hate that and have to wait a couple days for that to fade. If you want something with instant results, then this probably isn’t for you, but I’m of the opinion that many good things take time, so I’m willing to wait this out and see. So far, I much prefer this. This seems to be more of a product that you use regularly to see real results rather than a one and done product and I’m completely fine with that. It is easy to use, takes a small amount of time, and I feel like it is working. Also, you get 3 pens with the set. It seems like I barely need to use any gel with each application, so I feel it is a great value considering that this seriously might last quite awhile. So far, I would recommend this product based on my experience, but I will be returning to update this review so that I can tell you more about longer term results and any potential issues that may arise. It's thick and takes a long time to extrude to the brush and almost never foams. It has not changed the look of my teeth after months of using. I got a MUCH better product from The Dollar Tree years ago, LOL. Wished they still stocked it. Don't wast your money on this one. Read more

These teeth whitening pens do not work. I've been using them for a couple weeks now, and I noticed some pain and sensitivity in my gums and enamel. Upon reading into it, I read that hydrogen peroxide deteriorates your enamel and is harmful for your gums. The instructions say to brush the gel onto your teeth, but it is almost impossible to do so because the gel is so thick and the brush retains the gel unless you press extremely hard, inevitably getting the majority of it on your gums. It's also extremely difficult to smile for that long without getting a face cramp while trying to let the product settle in. I'm just going to go back to my old method of whitening strips as it is far easier and works better than this. Read more

I’ve used teeth whitening products for years. I mostly stuck with the strips because I always saw results...but I hated the long process and cost. I ordered these whitening pens, in order to find a quicker alternative to the strips. They did not disappoint. The first time I used one of these pens, I did the following: I brushed my teeth, then I dried my teeth with a paper towel, then I applied some of the Divine White gel to the fronts of my teeth, then I held an open mouthed smile for one minute, then I relaxed my mouth for 5 minutes, then I spit out the gel into the sink. I did not rinse afterwards. I wanted to leave some of the residual gel around my teeth, just in case it would whiten them some more. The gel is very easy to apply and doesn’t have a bad taste. I was able to coat my front teeth in about 10 seconds. A couple twists of the pen brings up plenty of gel to spread around. Don’t worry about being super specific with the placement of the gel during application because it migrates around the teeth. I only applied it to my front teeth, but in a matter of seconds, I felt the formula bubbling around my molars. It definitely feels like there is a chemical reaction going on at the gum line. I could feel the gel getting into every nook and cranny on its own. I did see a slight difference after just one use. My teeth were a couple shades lighter than before the gel. I even got a second opinion and it was confirmed that my teeth were a little bit whiter. I did experience some sensitivity after using this product, but that went away after a couple of days. I will continue to use this Divine White gel. I’m so glad to find a faster and more affordable alternative to whitening strips. Read more

The Divine Teeth Whitening Pen is easy to use. Twist the cap til gel appears on brush, then brush on teeth. That is no problem; however, smiling with your mouth open for 2 minutes to allow the gel to do it's work is uncomfortable. I felt my mouth go dry and I drooled. Not fun, so keep a towel handy. The gel feels thick on your teeth and takes a lot of rinsing with water to remove. I think I saw a slight difference after a few days. Been a 1.5 weeks and looks the same. I'm continuing to use so will see if I get my pearlies in better shape. Slight gum and teeth sensitivity during first few days of use, but it went away. Overall think this is an OK system for teeth whitening, but the holding mouth open for a few minutes isn't my thing and is uncomfortable.
