Yes it is sticky and intense. Other plumpers are less "ouch" but Iike the tingling. It's also my all time favorite lip plumbing gloss. I've personally purchased at least a half a dozen times over the left five years through different stores. Probably 6-8 tubes since 2019? 2020? I have one in my work laptop bag and one in my purse because it's perfect. I like because it doesn't clash with base lip color and looks nice alone.
