These glasses and the contents inside are fantastic. You could really tell how much blue light it blocks with the dark shade of the lens and the blue hues. There’s a tester inside as well, including a card and a light, allowing you to see how well these glasses block blue light from coming through. Very cute as well. I love these glasses! I work from home and I spend a lot of time at the computer. I was starting to get daily headaches and I purchased this set hoping it would help. I haven't had a headache induced by screen time since I started using these! For the price, I expected these to be a little flimsy but they are really well made. I am glad the set came with 3 pairs because I am always losing my blue light glasses (the reason for this impulse purchase).
