I bought these shoes for my stepdaughter who is 11. She has wanted a wedge for like, a year now....so I finally let her qear something with a bigger heel. She wears a size 6 in "girls" athletic shoes. I ordered a size 6 in these thinking they would be a little bigger since they are women's. I was wrong. I guess I don't really know if size 6 in youth is actually different than size 6 women's....so maybe that was my bad. She said they fit her "exactly", buy were a little tight, and that was with a thin sock. I sent them back and ordered bigger ones so she can wear them for a while since she's not done growing. I ordered a 7.5 the 2nd time and she said it was WAY better. She said the width was good. They look super narrow...but she said they are nice. I'm wrapping them up for Christmas so not sure how they will hold up...but they seem to be well made. They were nicer in person than the picture. I'm happy with the purchase. I'm also glad they didn't fit right the 1st time because not only was I able to send them back for free, the larger size was actually $10 cheaper! I would recommend these. Only gave a 4 star because of the size. Amazon's refund came into my account a day after I sent them back. I received the new shoes in plenty of time for Christmas. I do not have twelve legs. I do have a daughter who wears out shoes like she's wearing them to a marathon. I wear them she steals them, I buy another pair. That's how you get six pairs...and counting. I expect to get a few more. The fit is fantastic. They are so comfortable, I forget I'm wearing them. These shoes are well made and I don't get that weird thing on my heels from them where I have to wear band-aides for weeks until they break in. I will buy these shoes until they stop making them. I’ve bought about 4 pairs of these because I love them so much and wear them to work so I tend to go through them quickly! They are soooo comfortable. I love taller shoes but my feet hurt constantly and these are just about the only ones I can wear for an entire 8 hour shift and still be fine. They are super cute and go with any outfit!
