I love this stuff. I have been using before all the fancy tapes came out. I have some of those too but this stuff is less expensive, gets the job done. A few people react to the adhesive but I don't know one that doesn't though some market themselves as non irritating. I use it in my chiropractic practice. I mainly tape shoulders and some sacroiliac joints. I tell pts to keep it on at least 3 days and don't worry about getting it wet. Read more

This tape is the exact tape recommended by my doctor for treating plantar fasciitis. It can be a little tricky to work with because it has a powerful adhesive and any wrinkles in it need to be fastidiously avoided, but if you reallystretch the tape as you pull it around your foot this pretty much takes care of it. The tape is durable and stayed in place on my foot for up to 5 days, even if I showered. I did find that my skin became irritated after a week or so of use so I bought some Cavilon Barrier Film (which works extremely well, much better than Coloplast) and that helped. Read more
