These frames has that classic '90s retro look but it doesn't feel filmsy or overly trendy. The frame is narrow and slightly angular, cleanses are also fairly slim compared to the oversized sunglasses which creates a sharp, minimalist style that works well with both. It just has that simple very nice looking clean design with good sun protection. Definitely a good designer feel without the high price! I really like the size of the frame, it has a sleek and low profile so it doesn't overpower your face the way some oversized sunglasses do. Also they felt surprisingly sturdy enough to toss in my tote without worrying too much about them. I was actually surprised how well the polarized lenses handled the glare. Whether I was walking or driving around on a really sunny and bright afternoon to lenses know the simply cut down on horse reflections that made everything easier on my eyes. The SOJOS polarized sunglasses come with a small card to test the polarization, a microfiber cleaning cloth, and a microfiber drawstring storage bag. I ordered the tortoise frame with blue gradient lenses, which I thought would look great with summer up-dos. The sunglasses are great quality. The frames are thick and rigid and the lenses securely attached. The small logo is etched into the top of the left lens and is unobtrusive. Both arms adjust in/out with some firmness which I like. There is nothing worse than floppy sunglasses that simply do not stay on your face. The hinges are fixed as opposed to spring style. There are benefits to both. The fixed hinge is easier to repair, but can break if forced. I also like the vertical metal detail where the arms meet the lens frame. The color of the frames is a perfect blend of clear/light and dark tortoise, leaning a bit more toward the dark color. The gradient blue lenses are a bit darker than I expected, but definitely do their job in minimizing bright light from entering. They feel a bit more like a gray lens while wearing. In bright light, you can definitely tell that they are blue though. I included a photo of the frame measurements from inside the left arm. When I ordered the sunglasses, I was excited to see a set for what I thought was narrow faces. Read the listing carefully! These are NOT for narrow faces like mine. They are narrow top to bottom, meaning the style is short up and down but very wide side to side. Unfortunately for me, they are way to wide for my tiny face - a bit disappointing considering how much I liked the design and color. Overall, a good buy if you have a normal to wide face and are looking for a retro look with short (top to bottom) eye coverage. The polarizing is great for driving, snowy hiking, or boating as it cuts the glare quite effectively. Where polarization fall short is if you are trying to use a car screen for navigation or your mobile phone as the polarization interferes with the LED/LCD screens. If SOJOS made these for narrow faces, I would buy several sets! Read more

These have quickly become my new favorite sunglasses. The thin rectangular frames fit great, and the slight blue‑tinted lenses make them really comfortable to wear even during sundown without everything looking too dark. The tint is different from the usual yellow you see in many polarized lenses, and I actually like the cooler tone a lot. They’re fully polarized, and I really noticed the difference when I wore them at the lake—the sun’s reflection off the water didn’t bother me at all. Great polarization and comfort and the price cannot be beat! I put them against my $250+ RBs and I could not tell a difference. At all. The arms folded and lifted without issue and they fit well over the ears. When removing the folded glasses from the case, I did notice that the top arm wedged a little under the bottom arm and I had to gently pull it away, but other than that little inconvenience, there are no significant concerns. These are great looking sunglasses in a new style from this brand. I have several differnt shades of a different style from SOJOS because I lose things all the time & they make the most stylish sunglasses for the money-- you won't find better at this price! SOJOS come with a small drawstring bag, and a generous-sized microfiber (?) cloth, and this pair is no exception. I've always appreciated the little extras, given how affordable they are. I love the gradient brown in these glasses. It is pretty and I tried to capture it in a photo. Black frame with gradient brown lenses is the pair I'm wearing. Personally, I think this style is a little narrow for my long face-- NOT the frame itself but the lens area from top to bottom-- I think my face is too long for narrow lenses. I look ok in them when smiling, but when wearing them with a neutral expression, I'm disproportionate-- I look like I could star in a new meme so I'm not posting my long neutral face in these glasses 😆 If you don't have a very long face or a very round face, you can probably pull these off! This brand has always been an excellent value in my opinion, and this new style is a great option in their lineup. Read more
