I honestly love this mouse! I feel that the overall quality, functionality, and use cases are perfect for the price it comes in comparitive to bigger and more well known/reputable brands such as Logitech and the likes. I love that this is a lightweight gaming mouse packed with a lot of goodies as well as it being ergonomic. I bought this to replace my hefty Logitech ergo-mouse, I believe it is the Logitech Lift model... I'm glad I did. The device comes with interchangeable sideplates as well, which I was unaware of when initially purchasing, but am not complaining. The customizable plates allow me to tailor the device to my specific needs... Since I tend not to play MMOs specificially, I enjoy that I can swap the plate to a variation with less buttons on the side. However, I've also found the extra buttons to be useful for launching programs and running keyboard commands on demand through a press of the buttons on the side of the mouse. I enjoy that the mouse has software that allows the ability for an "endlessly" customizable user experience... I do however find it a little irritating that every time the mouse goes into sleep mode and then wakes back up, the mouse's software reopens... So overall, I would definitely recommend this mouse although the software has some room for improvement as I've noticed some other bugs at times, such as a disconnect between the 2.4GHZ receiver and mouse after running an update... I'm not completely sure if this was a hardware/software issue, or a user error on my part... When initially attempting to run the 2.4GHZ receiver update on my first SM809 mouse, I still had the usb cable plugged in from when I had ran the update for the mouse's wired connectivity. Although I've noticed some minor software bugs and have had issues with the hardware, the company seems to take good care of the consumers. I believe it is a relatively high quality and really good budgeted ergonomic, and lightweight gaming mouse. (Updated 11/15/25) Although I love this product there is easily some room for improvement in the after-sales customer support. There is no easily accessible way to contact the company. I can only seem to reach them through Amazon and AliExpress platforms. I also find it hard to navigate the companies website for drivers and other software needs, without any technical difficulties involving the network/internet connections. I can access the company's site, but only intermittently... Meaning I am only able to access parts of the company's website for my needs. At the end of the day, the company seems to do its best to ensure the customers are well taken care of. Even with the iffy means to contact customer service, any issues I've had with the mouse have been corrected or fixed through a new mouse replacement. Read more

For the money this is the best mouse you can buy. Here are some things I absolutely love about it: 1) Actually USABLE programmable side buttons. The buttons are shaped in a way that you know exactly which button you are pressing without having to guess or look down at the mouse. 2) Two extra programmable buttons on the upper right corner and an ADDITIONAL two extra programmable buttons beneath the scroll wheel - this gives you a very nice total of 13 programmable buttons if you leave the three core mouse buttons (left click, right click, middle click) alone. 3) Wired mode, 2.4GHz dongle mode, and TWO separate bluetooth channels for easy switching between devices. At work I use one bluetooth connection for my work laptop and the other bluetooth connection for my tablet. Takes me less than half a second to switch back and forth. 4) The price. At the moment of this review it costs less than $30, an absolute steal considering that it performs just as well (if not better) than brand name mice that are cost $150. I don't know how well it performs for games but certainly for the games that don't rely on split second twitch reflexes it would be completely fine. A few suggestions for the next version. 1) The software is serviceable. It's not that great but it covers the basics. Improve the software. This is by far the weakest link of the product. 2) If you added a dedicated profile button on the button of the mouse for easy switching between two profiles that would be a huge plus. RIght now I have two of these mice at work. One (black) for general Windows 11 use and another (white) with the buttons dedicated to specialized functions I use in Microsoft Visual Studio. It works great but the ability for the mouse to have more than one profile would be a nice addition. Read more

I was pretty surprised with the quality of this mouse right out of the gate. Feels good in the hand, albeit slightly larger than I prefer typically. I'm swapping this for my Corsair Harpoon for reference. I like the placement of the side buttons, but the two macro keys on the left mouse button are a bit too far forward. That being said I don't think those buttons are all that useful in general. I tried installing the configuration software from the included user manual but it was redirecting me to a spam website. Do yourself a favor and come back to the amazon page to find their software download website. I'm a bit annoyed that their paper manuals don't have the correct website listed. Software configuration is surprisingly solid. There are a lot of options for setting the function of each key on the mouse which I appreciate. I bought this mouse to set up macros for CAD drafting and I think it's going to work very well for what I need it to do. I really like having the option between 2.4Ghz and bluetooth connectivity. I think that it's going to be super easy for me to bring out on a jobsite and connect to any laptop I find myself in front of which is a big bonus. Overall, solid purchase. I think there's a lot here for what you're paying for. Read more
