Glad I waited to review. At first I was really disappointed with the amount of time required to charge my phone. Over 3 hours when phone was at 50% charge. I was considering returning the battery pack. I broke the connecting cable (my fault) and grabbed another cable at home. The charging time was very fast using a different cable. I only gave 4 stars because of this issue. We had tons of extra cables at home from various devices. The battery lasts forever and is exactly what I expected with the new cable. Read more

Right out of the box the flashlight doesnt work, tried everything. The charge indicator can stay on the whole day with nothing plugged into it. The insides move around like a brick inside a plastic box . Feels like there is no insulation in it or something. The insides should not shake like that, apparently causing the problems that Im having. Will send it back soon. Read more
