My Mrs. commented the other day that the Solar Sunflower Lights that I had in the flower bed in front of our home were looking pretty tired. Sadly, I had to agree with her. I had gotten the old ones about 3 years (I think) ago. They held up pretty well in year 1, started to look worn in the 2nd year and by the time they got into year 3 they were looking like it was time to replace them. The solar lights themselves were still working and the duration for them would still be dependent upon the amount of sunshine (and duration of same) they got during the day. Where those old lights were looking tattered and worn was in the cloth and fabric that made up the bloom part of the flower. Sunbleached and worn from exposure to rains, snow and ice along the way. The older lights that I had looked pretty similar, or so I thought, to these. I thought that was the case until I got a good look at these when removing them from the box to install and noticed that the flower bloom on these is considerably smaller (about 2" across, maybe a little more) compared to the old ones where the bloom was about 6 - 8" across. The larger blooms are easier to see from distance so they tend to be more noticeable from the highway in front of my home. Ease of assembly was pretty much the same for these as it was for the older lights. They use the same pole and really the big difference is the size of the flower bloom. The solar panels on both were similary sized and the battery life for these versus the old ones is going to be, I'm pretty certain much the same. The color on these is nice and bright and these do look good. They definitely will add cheer and a hint of sunshine to wherever you place them. I bought the 4 pack of these which I think is a decent value. While I might wish to get these for a little less, relatively speaking they seem to be pretty competitive. I look forward to longer spring and summer sunny days where these will charge up and then run off the battery for as long as possible. I know those days will be here again soon. Read more

This was a 4 pack of lights. 1 of the 4 does not work. It has been exposed to the same amount of sunlight as the other 3. On/Off switch has been toggled numerous times but flower does not light. If this had been purchased from a local store I would return it , but the return process for an on-line purchase just leaves me disappointed in the product and not worth the time it would take to return it. I purchased this solar light system on December 5th, 2024. It was intended to be a gift. The package was not opened until May of 2025 as it was to be used as a garden light. One of the four lights does not work at all. Amazon's return window has long since closed but the product warranty is 180 days so it should be covered. The problem is that there is no way to contact the vendor to initiate the process. I have tried everything suggested with no results. There seems to be no customer service beyond a preprogrammed robot that will not respond to warranty questions. This is the second set of these lights I have purchased.
