If you have Achilles tendonitis, YOU NEED TWO OF THESE. It clearly says pack of one. Product quality is very high and comparable to other heel lifts. Nice that it is adjustable. If you use only one without professional advice (means a orthopedic physician, physical therapist or Podiatrist told you to ONLY use one), you WILL MAKE YOUR BACK VERY UNHAPPY. You cannot make this decision without professional advice that knows about your specific condition). Compare price and value for 2 of these (double the price) vs the product that gives you a pair (meaning 2). 4 stars rather than 5 because this product is more expensive than it needs to be. Read more

Product was easy to install in my shoe and provides comfort. It relieved my back pain and is an excellent value for the money. I did try them in my sandals but slipped out. They really should be used with shoes with a back. I may try sticking them with gorilla glue then they may not slip. Read more
