Great for joints & skin!
I've taking this for at least a year with no side effects. I have dry skin; this helps with the underlying moisture, making my skin plump & more resilient. What I didn't expect is easing of joint pain with my knee. I dislocated my knee years ago & it at times it hurt. That stop after a few weeks of taking this supplement. I even have better movement. It's a larger pill & the lavender coating really helps make sure it's dissolves in the right place to be effective. For those that have trouble swallowing large pills this maybe an issue. For me it's worth the money, it works. While it's not a cure all, the joint benefit is enough for me. Read more

Horse pills!
Pills are pretty big, so you may have to cut them in halves to take them. I don't take them for any specific reason, nor do I take them every day religiously. I take them about every other day and hope it helps to stay healthy. It's a reputable brand, so I thought it'd be a good idea to incorporate it into my fitness & nutrition habits. Read more
