Trash. Honestly straight garbage. I can’t even believe that I thought of buying this product. Absolutely disappointing and misleading. This is all I got as you can see in the picture I got nothing but super cheap plastic paddles with no chip, seems really empty right ? Well yes. It’s missing a lot more. Terrible. All I can say. Don’t get. If you wanna get paddles get something REAL even if it costs $30-60 it’ll be way worth it in the end instead of this dog water product. Read more

Parts Missing, No Instructions

Got these for my 10yo son. I know nothing about gaming systems. Upon opening, my son commented that things seemed to be missing. There were no instructions and the website was not helpful. I found a YouTube video with simplified instructions - it wasn’t until the entire controller was dismantled that we realized the chip it was supposed to come with was missing. The plastic tool to take apart the controller was also missing, but luckily we had something similar to substitute. As a technically challenged non-gamer, this was a nightmare. I will be returning and asking for a refund. Read more
