Solid Cologne for Men - Woodsy Sage Cedarwood Scent Portable Skin Scent Balm - Travel Friendly Vegan Grooming

I got this solid cologne hoping it might be more of a unisex scent (I'm a female). It turns out this is a classic men's cologne scent, but it's very nice! The main notes I pick up on are citrus and cedar. I'm not sure how else to describe it but it is a very appealing masculine scent. There are two tins included. They are packaged separately, and the tins are a good size to fit in a pocket easily. The balm is easy to use and not messy. The most interesting part is that the packaging is entirely in Korean so I have no idea what it says! Purchased these for my son whose becoming that age where he likes all the smelly things like body wash and colognes. Unfortunately for me some smells trigger my migraines so I was honestly worried about these but nope these were fine and I'm extremely sensitive too. He enjoys being able to rub the vaseline stuff onto his neck and wrists and it lasts all day, he says he gets all the "ladies" at school with it so if you have a 11 year old little stud muffin these are a great choice. He has 2 of them and they are easy to apply and last all school day. He keeps one in his backpack for after gym but he doesn't really need to reapply it since it lasts. The woodsy sage and cedarwood scent is pleasant and not overpowering, and I do like the solid cologne format for travel and easy application. It’s compact, vegan, and convenient to carry around. However, I had to knock this down to 3 stars because not all of the directions were in English, which made it a little frustrating to figure out proper use and details. It’s a wax that you apply with your fingers. The scent is not overwhelming like spray colognes. It’s been a long time since I’ve worn cologne but it has a slight woody/cedar smell. I only applied a little bit behind my ear and didn’t seem to notice it most of the time. Only when I turned my head I would sometimes smell it. The price is low enough where it’s worth a try. There's a lot to like about this clever deodorant product. It seems to break all the rules, yet you have to admire just how well thought out it is. This is a deodorant in a soft tablet form, and it comes in a tiny tin. The tin has a sliding cover, and it can be removed, or simply slid over for use. To use you simply take your finger and rub a small amount off the waxy cake. You can then apply to any place on the body, and it's excellent for "touch ups", or targeting a specific problem area. The scent is a citrus-grapefruit, and while it's subtle, it's refreshing and very pleasant. Not overpowering in any sense. You get two of these little tins, and I have to believe it's an excellent value. My one caveat is that the packaging has absolutely no English, therefore it's impossible to specify ingredients. I ordered this for myself even though it says for men because I love a woodsy scent. The product definitely delivers on the woodsy scent. I love it, but it is definitely too masculine for me. It is super easy to apply. Simply swipe some on your finger and apply wherever you want the scent. You get two tins of the cologne with your order which makes it a nice value. The tins are small enough for a pocket or bag and because the cologne is a solid and not a liquid there are no issues at the airport. If you like a woodsy scent you will love these! Read more
