Solid Handle Rocker Knife

I would never have to buy another one of these if my husband didn't keep losing his. I keep 2 on hand, so if I haven't washed the dishes before he needs it again, no worries. Now and then, I use my regular knife sharpener to keep the blade sharp as any other knife, but that's it. Twice over the last few years he's had to spend a couple of weeks in a rehab, and has left it in his tray, never to be seen again. He has also taken them to restaurants and left them. This is the best knife for me , only having the use of one hand , I used to have a knife like this when I was growing up. I found it on Amazon and got 2. I take it to steak houses or anywhere I might need to cut something D/w safe . It stays sharp for a long time Read more

I have right-side paralysis and need to be able to eat steak (or other meats) and not have someone cut it for me! I had a rocker knife years back but now needed another one. This is the knife I had and I loved it. I could cut through anything by rocking thru it, with only 1 hand (my left). I ordered 2 of these so I could have 1 in my house and 1 in my car for eating out.
