Super sturdy Coffee table, great strong legs, beautiful wood, great size. Assembly was very easy, just three screws per leg, everything else was shipped pre-built. I was worried it would be damaged in shipping but it came in a well packaged box and there is no damage at all that I can see. This is such a great table! It's very sturdy and feels legit. There's plenty of storage under the lift top, but that does make the drawers a little awkwardly narrow. The lift top portion has a soft-close feature so we don't have to worry. Set up was so very easy, just screwing on the legs. It was only difficult in that the table itself was pretty heavy. There weren't many reviews when we purchased this. Took a chance because we wanted solid wood instead of the particle board construction of most lift table options. We have been using the coffee table now for a couple months and couldn't be happier with it. You only need to put on the legs when it arrives—no hassle and you're done in minutes. ive looked at a lot of coffee tables that have the extending arms to make the table higher, and this one is by far the nicest looking because it looks like a normal coffee table. if you're looking at this table you have probably shopped around and noticed most of products in this style are quite ugly. this one is solid wood and good quality so you can tell by looking at it that it is nice. it comes fully assembled EXCEPT that you have to screw on the legs, which is very easy. you DO NOT need to install the hinges for the table to extend, which is amazing because that would be a lot more difficult to do well i think. the drawers are small but useful. my one complaint is that one of the drawers comes out completely (like your holding a drawer in mid-air because it is no longer in the furniture) because the little stopper piece inside wont stay up so i have to be really careful when opening it. Feels solid and nice finish. Easy to assemble and very well packaged. Drawers are good for remotes and coasters. Table holds strong when upright. Pneumatic shocks bring down the quality feel. -on the way back to home position there is a place where there is a free fall and then it stops suddenly, jolting everything on the table, then continues to slowly lower. Maybe a higher quality shock might feel resistance all the way through the movement until the weight was used to lower to resting position.
