Beautiful, Solid, and Practical – But Chairs Would’ve Made It a Better Value
This solid wood extendable dining table has been a fantastic addition to our dining room. Assembly was simple and straightforward, and once it was all put together, it looked absolutely beautiful. The walnut finish gives it a warm, classic feel that fits right in with our space. It’s definitely solid and has a nice weight to it feels sturdy and built to last. I love that it works perfectly as a smaller table for just me and my husband day to day, but easily expands when the kids come to visit. The extension mechanism is smooth and simple to use, and I really appreciate that I don’t have to expand both sides if I don’t need the full length. That said, at this price point, I really would’ve expected it to come with chairs. It feels like a bit of a missed opportunity, especially given the quality and weight of the table itself. Still, it’s a beautiful and functional piece that gives us the best of both worlds. Read more
