I give this a 4 instead of a 5 for one simple reason. Those black CLIPS that hold the shelves on are junk. This kit serves the purpose WELL. It's not a heavy duty shelf. But, it holds transplants and seedlings well. It all comes together WITH a timer. You can't beat the price for what it is. If the clips were better it would have been a 5 star review. I would recommend this to anyone who grows their own plants for their garden. If I didn't already have 2 other setups, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat. Perfect for what it is! Very disappointed with this product for couple of reasons: 1) One of the lights does not work. 2) The way the lights were packed allowed the ends of their boxes to open up with included hardware loose in box. 3) The light that didn't work may have been damaged due to the way it was packed. 4) The shelving itself is ok but the way the lights mount is very cheap and won't last long.
