They sit just right on the face without feeling bulky or awkward—a definite win in the design department. The Solos app has performed well so far, with only one crash within the first 24 hours. However, a significant downside appeared after a firmware update. Initially, the phone's photo album connected successfully, but after the update, this function stopped working entirely. Instead, the app now suggests an upgrade to Solos AirGo V, a device with no official release date yet. Assistant Features: Useful but with Room to Grow The built-in AI assistant is another strong point. It can fetch basic news and weather updates from selected sources and even whisper incoming text messages, making it a useful hands-free companion. While not groundbreaking, these features add convenience to everyday use. However, the virtual coach functionality, which is meant to assist with fitness and activity tracking, requires more advanced integration with third-party wearables. While this is not yet seamless, the fact that the feature is already designed in suggests that future updates could make it a powerful addition. Music Search: Not Quite as Expected One of the more unexpected limitations is the music search feature. Unlike Shazam, which can recognize and identify music instantly, the AirGo 3 requires specific prompts for ChatGPT-4o Mini Assistant to search for music, making it less intuitive than expected.
