The product is amazing. However, when the battery went out, I tried recharging it, and even though it said it was fully charged, I could not get it to work. I couldn’t return it because I had it for two months and it was a month limit to return the item. However, Amazon is making it possible for me to return it and get a new one when I called the company to ask a question about the charging they never returned my request. Read more

The box it arrived in is very sturdy It includes a charging stand that you can take apart for easy cleaning *awesome* It has a carry case, and 6 brush heads. It has 5 different modes from a gentle setting to an ultra setting (I have tender gums so I have only used the first two settings) The brush head will correct itself if it stops sideways. *cool we love symmetry* It has an airplane lock that you can see at the end of my video so that when it bumps around the battery doesn't get drained *super cool* and it also arrived fully charged *brownie points for that because I'm impatient and like to try things immediately* It also automatically runs for two minutes when you turn it on and it will pause for a second when you hit the 30 second mark so you can move on to the next part, so a total of 4, 30 second increments. This is great for me because I hate timing myself and bringing my phone into the bathroom, this takes the thinking out of it. I gave it a 4 out of 5 star review simply because it has a type C charging cable so you will have to supply your own wall plug, and because there is a learning curve to using the button, (but that also could have been user error so) if you're like me you will figure it out and be kicking yourself. This is a great product! I use it for travel and not only does it hold its charge for a ridiculously long time, but the operation is simple, straightforward, and leaves my teeth and mouth feeling clean and "well scrubbed". I use a Sonicare at home which I had been traveling with and I wanted to not have to pack it, so decided to give this one a try.
