I purchased this DVD player almoast a year ago and it's still working great! I love the design and the remote is easy to use. i've probably viewed at least 50 movies on it and it's still going strong! I have some words of advice for anyone concidering purchasing this product. If you have an older tv like i do,it may not have the right hook-ups, so you might need an rf modulator to go through. I must be honest and tell you that i don't know much about hooking up such things, all i know is that the player would not hook directly up to our tv which is about 8-10 years old, so that is why we had to puchase an rf modulator. But all and all this is just a minor draw-back from someone with an older tv. If you have a newer tv don't even worry about it, and go ahead and purchase this great product! Read more

I recieved this wrong item and sent it back for a credit and you charged me for it. I would like an immediate responce. I have been trying to locate an area to send an e-mail and with no success I got this. I ordered 2 of these and I recieved one porperly.
