At first i was afraid i needed a usb link because the generic remote has one but after i looked up a YouTube video it showed me how to pair the Bluetooth. Since then it's been considerably easier to use than my power dieing playstation controllers. I just need a way to connect 5 remotes together now. As others have said, it arrives wrapped in bubble wrap not in the shown packaging. I put two AA batteries in it, turned on the PS3, navigated to the Bluetooth pairing setting page, followed the instructions...and I was good to go. We no longer game on this PS3, so this remote makes more sense than using a controller to watch Blurays. A lot more control and easy to use. I do think you still need a PS3 controller, at least until you sync the remote to the PS3 however (so not a total replacement). Read more

Product did not come in the package as shown. Sent in a protective envelope, safe shipping, but when we opened it was just the remote like someone found it in their basement, no shipping invoice. This looked it was a scammed out of our $33.00. Once connected to ps3 it worked fine but not sure for how long. First impressions make the product and that’s where the feeling of being scammed came from. Read more
