Absorbent and durable enough to wash a door frame, but would it work 400 times?
Replacing paper towels is an eco-friendly and valiant goal. It also seems really difficult to make that cost efficient. Doing some math I'd need to get 200-400 uses per towel to replace one roll of paper towels with one Swedish dishcloth. Hygienically, I'm not sure I'd want them to stand up to that level of abuse even if they could. I'll use these up and see if or when I reconsider making them a predictable purchase to replace paper towels. I kinda wish they shipped in tiny little balls like those children's toys that grow when placed in water. :) Read more
