I've been looking everywhere for two bedroom side tables to go on either side of the bed and I'm so glad I came across these. They're the perfect height for my bedframe to just roll over and be within reach (I have a tall pallet frame, no boxsprings). Two drawers for storage, an area for bookshelves, and then I can set stuff on the very top as well. It was also very easy to put together. I assembled two of them by myself in no time. The boards weren't labeled, but you can still tell which is which. It was a very smooth process. The only issue I have with it is that the particle board scratches easily. As I was putting it together my cat decided he wanted to help. He hopped on top of one of them and in doing so scratched it up. It doesn't bother me since I'm going to cover it anyway, but it is something to keep in mind if you have wild beasties. But these are wonderful little tables for a great price and I definitely recommend. Read more
I recently replaced my PC desk with one that has no drawers. My old one had 2 and I had both filled. While trying to think of alternative storage options, a nightstand seemed like a good route, as my nightstand at the time had no storage and was single-surface. I was very pessimistic about how this would work for that alternative storage, but it was the only one that I could find that 1) had a drawer, 2) had multiple surfaces, and 3) was under the max height I wanted due to my low-rise bed frame. On top of all of that, the gamble seemed worth taking due to the extremely low price point. Much to my surprise, everything fit beautifully in the single drawer. Despite the WxL dimensions being on the smaller size, the drawer is very deep. Because of that, I was able to store some things I was forced to store laying down in my previous computer desk’s drawers standing upright, saving me tons of space. On top of that, the multiple surfaces allowed for my actual nightstand items (lamp, laptop, remotes, wireless charging pads, large ashtray, notebook) to look much less cluttered and I’m really loving it. Pros: Huge drawer, drawer movement is super smooth even when packed with weighty items, multiple surfaces, very easy to assemble (despite the instructions being simultaneously terrible), cheap, looks good for how cheap it is Cons: smaller (width- and length-wise; perfect height-wise for what I needed) than I’d prefer for a night stand, cheap materials means it’ll probably start to look bad quicker than other furniture, absolutely terrible instructions (but it’s more than easy enough to assemble with no instructions) Overall, this is definitely a 5-star buy, in my opinion. If you're like me and looking at the measurements trying to figure out how in the world 13.75" + 13.78" = 18" have no fear, it doesn't. The listing image measurements are incorrect. The actual drawer height is 8.25" and the actual shelf height is 6.25". I've included some other measurements in my images in case that helps anybody out looking for more specifics. Looking down on it from above it's square, so the height and width of the top, shelf, and drawer should be the same. Other than the bad measurements in their image, this is a really well made and easy to assemble mini-nightstand for the price. Overall, I would say that at 18" it's really too short for most people to use as a nightstand from a practical perspective, you really need more like 24-30", but if you were looking to use it as something else I think it's a fairly nice looking item at this price point.
