UPDATED Review 4/5: I have bought this before in a eight drawer version for my closet! So I decided a year later to buy a five drawer tall one for my room because I can fit one in my room. I could always use more storage! It is very sturdy and just like my other one I don't have any problems with it other than the missing pieces that they replaced. That is the main reason why I still can't give it a five star because they should have counted the drawer inserts to make sure I had enough. I see on the reviews that there were many others who had missing parts as well! When you spend almost $80 on something you want to make sure you have everything! I also got a replacement top shelf because the other one was chipped in different areas. But the new one does not! So A+ for resolving the issue! Will I buy another one? Maybe, we'll see! But definitely not anytime soon! The product itself is very useful and not flimsy at all! 5/5 for great storage and sturdiness that part did not disappoint when all of the screws were not missing! The original Review 3/5: This year I ordered the five drawers version. Most of the screws were in there but there was one screw that I couldn't screw onto the drawer and now that part of the drawer I can't put together. Then when it came to putting the drawers itself together, the two inserts of the drawer was missing and I checked the Box again and it was still missing! I spent almost $80 on this and of course I'm going to be mad that not all the pieces are together! Now for six whole days I have to put building it on hold! I am getting a replacement one so if everything goes to plan I will bump it up to a four star at best. Mainly because of the missing parts! The delay as well and also the very top wooden piece it looked like it is a little bit chipped! The one I bought last year came in perfect shape! Such a disappointment! I will let you know if anything changes but for right now it sits at 3 star. It would have been a two had they made me pay for a replacement. But Amazon has stepped up to the plate and I hope the replacement one fixes all the problems that I have! But I guess we will have to see! I will say that the drawers are very spacious and the tie dyed pink looks really good though. So have to give credit where it's due! Read more
