Omg these are the boots you want AND need!!! I bought these some time ago and they e seem me through 2 winters so far. Such great quality. I was in college when I first got them and I would walk all around campus with them and they were always SO comfortable to walk in! The color is beautiful and any time they get dirty from the snow, I can easily wipe it off. Weather I’m wearing very thick socks or thin, no cold air enters the shoe. They’re SO warm. They hug you foot perfectly. I love some place where the snow doesn’t go above 7in so this boot that only goes a little over the ankle is a perfect height for me. The laces on these are particularly my favorite. They’re thick and durable. In the winter, you tug at your laces to make sure no snow gets in and you don’t slip. What I find with the typical lace is that it wears after some time and this one doesn’t due to the quality and thickness of the laces. 10/10. Anyone who ever asks me what snow boot I recommend, I ALWAYS say Sorel. SO GOOD! Worth every penny. Read more
I wanted to wait until I'd really tested these puppies out to write a review. I was really looking for a pair of boots I could "move into" for the winter. My last Sorels were amazing, lasted forever (4 + winters), withstood everything weather could throw at them - but they were a little chunky clunky. I saw these and instantly hoped they'd provide the warmth and durability of my last pair, but with a lighter weight, more runabout nature. So far, they've been amazing. Incredibly warm: I live in Ohio and we've had almost a week of non stop snow and subzero temps. We played in the snow for about an hour and my feet never got cold or wet. They're super comfy: some have said they're a bit narrow or to size up - i'd agree, but for me they fit great because I have slightly narrow feet. They are a breeze to get on and off: this is a big one for me because winter is already annoying enough having to take off and put on layer after layer. These are "elastic" enough that you don't have to unlace them down all the way, just a simple tug and snug tie! I just love these boots. I'm too lazy to post a photo, but they look like everyone else's photos. Cute, sporty, but classic. I love them. I sized up (like other reviews said) from 8.5 to 9 and they fit great! Love the style, size is great! These grip pretty good! Boot quality is great! Warmth is decent, I noticed my toes getting kinda cold today but its in single digits here so its pretty cold and I was wearing thinner socks. So far I am extremely happy with these boots! The one thing that was minor that I didn’t necessarily like was the boot seems like it has a bit of a heel or arch lift? Or maybe the whole sole is lifted half an inch or a full inch? Im not sure but there is something going on there. It bothered me at first little bit but now I don’t seem to care. I guess i got use to it. I ordered an 8.5 because that's my usual size. They fit ok but I tried them on without socks & felt they'd be too tight with regular socks & definitely with heavier winter socks. I exchanged them for a size 9 & they are very comfortable & have great arch support. I bought them during a 'deal' so I got them for $77 rather than the regular price of $120. I really wanted boots that had a side zipper for easy on-off since I only wear them to shovel. SOREL, please consider adding a side zipper!! These are great and so comfortable. They are very insulated and definitely keep the feet warm. They run narrow so I would size up. Super cute style and sole seems very grippy. I put on some stretch laces and they make them super easy to pull on and off. From my experience sorel boots hold up very well. They can be pricey but these went on super sale so became a great deal. Looks just like the picture so color and style is on point. However, they were rather narrow and was not as warm as expected. These are more for fall early winter but not deep winter. The traction is good and the weight is not bad. They are OK if you have narrow feet and not expecting to wear them in Arctic weather. Read more
I love these shoes! They are stylish, warm and waterproof! Great for snow play days and trudging in the snow! I am a 7.5 and ordered an 8…probably could have ordered an 8.5 if I planned to wear bulky socks with them! I’m wearing Nike Crew socks with mine and the 8 works well, but if you plan to wear bulky socks order 1 full size up. Read more
I have narrow feet, but I followed the reviews and ordered a half size up. I’m normally 8.5, but ordered a 9. They fit great! The cream color is a bit more yellow, in my opinion, but it’s still very neutral, which I like. They are surprisingly not super bulky so they look like regular shoes under your pants.
