This became a project to get set up but that was due to my having to upgrade some things and a bit of user error. I reached out to customer service when I needed to replace a part (user error) and they were very responsive. The cardboard guide that came with it made it easy to align the seat. You have to push these rubber pieces through the holes where the seat bolts go which took some elbow grease and coaxing to get them in. I love the very warm seat and warm water. The jet isn't as strong as my previous one but that just means I need to use it for 20-30 more sec, which is not a problem with the warm water. My previous one could power wash paint off the side of a house. This one is gentler yet still effective. The dryer is about as strong as a gentle breeze so still keep your TP handy. The top lid popping up on its own, and remembering not to manually close it, took a little getting used to but it's kind of cool. The seat itself can be manually lifted for guys who don't sit when they pee. My sink sits in front of the toilet, so the lid pops up every time I need to use my sink. For that reason, I wish there were a way to shut this feature off and just open and close it manually. I do like the light inside the bowl, which is not obtrusively bright, for finding everything in the middle of the night. The noise level is minimal and the remote is handy because I don't use the controls on the side of the unit since you can't see what buttons you need to push. Very satisfied so far. Read more

The controls are simple and easy to adjust., the remote is easy to navigate too. The water flow is perfect and very effective, we all enjoy the comfortable cleaning process. Thoughtfully designed and reasonably priced. My first was a Toto. It lasted 3 years. It was OK. Second was a Bio Bidet. It was huge and complicated. It lasted 7 years. I took a chance on the Sosh and so far, no regrets. First off, it is simple, understated and low profile. I like that it doesn't look like you are about to expose vulnerable anatomy to an over engineered mechanical butt scrubber. The remote is simple and easy to understand. Do you really need 30 buttons with cryptic icons to launch what should be a pretty simple process? The self-opening/closing lid is a bonus. I like that when I walk in it seems happy to see me! Like all of these devices, the "dryer" is designed for someone with way more patience than I'll ever possess. Very easy to install. It has the best mounting system of any that I have encountered and all the comfort and functionality you should expect. I appreciate the refreshing minimalist design. Was loving it then it stopped working after a month. Tried contacting seller for help but was blocked an Amazon chat which just kept ending off with the return window being closed. Wasn’t trying to return it, was trying to get help which is when I realized there is no warranty. This thing is awesome! I love love love the heated seat, you don’t realize you need one until you have it. you can also adjust the water temp You do have to have an electrical outlet to plug it into. The nightlight and auto open is also great so you don’t have to blind yourself in the middle of the night turning in the bathroom light. Super easy to install. Read more
