For the price, these are excellent workout shorts. Two pockets, with zippers, make these extremely helpful. They do fit as expected but the the waist is a little snug. Nothing that'll cut your breath off or that you're constantly aware of, but you do feel it when you first put them on. If you really need or want a little room in the waist, consider ordering a size up. They look good, too, and I'd be pretty comfortable wearing them as regular shorts for running errands or knocking around on the weekend. Read more

Had these shorts for years and loved how they fit. Dust/dirt/sand does tend to get in the seam between the elastic waistband and rest of shorts. Forgot what size I was and ordered a medium but fit a little large in both waist size and pant length. Good material and do last a while though Read more

These are great for running in - I highly recommend them. The inner thigh pocket is perfect for holding your car key in any running condition. I run through the woods on trails, so up and down rocky hills, and it holds my key fob all the way every time. And the inner liner works great as underwear for running. EDIT September 2020 I ordered 2 more pair and to my surprise, the same Medium size, are at least 3" bigger in the waist and length in both pairs. It's like comparing Medium to a Large or XL when laying the medium over the new medium. Both going back, and I may try a small, but I'm disappointed. I guess as usual, being made in China consistency isn't there as they get made in different places. EDIT August 2020. These are no doubt my go to shorts for CrossFit. I just wish there were more color options. They still look new regardless of how many bars they've come in contact with also which is a surprise. I think I'm going to order more in the same colors though. I hate it when I look and realize they're in the wash. Other shorts tend to bind or catch on the thighs which can be distracting, pulling on them between each rep or movement. +Original review+ First, they run slightly small. I wear a medium and that's what I ordered. They're slightly small for a medium but in my case they work just fine. If they were slightly large I'd have to change size so I'm happy with how they fit. I'm not one for "liners" or built in underwear, so to speak. However, these are great! Very comfortable and don't feel like you're wearing shorts with a "liner". First time I wore them for CrossFit we were only doing compound lifts including snatch and OH squat I was happy the shorts felt great, didn't ride and catch on my legs and everything stayed in place and happy. The length is good also, I was concerned about that. They're s a little shorter than what I normally wear, which are too long, and was perfect. No catching or binding on my legs, for example, going in to squats. Hopefully they'll be durable and last. Especially for the cost compared to other shorts, these are great, and comfortable. These shorts would be perfect if they didn't run so big. They were exactly what we were looking for--perfect liner, lightweight, & pockets. A small normally fits perfectly!!! But the smallest size you can get is a Small...and they're too big so we are sending them back. I wish they'd offer an XS since they do run large. So, if you are reading this and wear a Medium...order the Small........and so on (size down if you can)! These are a 5-star pair of shorts for anyone who can fit in them. I didn't expect to love an off-brand pair of shorts like this, but one night I semi-randomly bought a pair and they've been my favorites ever since. I like zippered pockets, which these have. The liner is light but somewhat supportive, and dries quickly. Fabric is smooth and durable. But the best thing –– at least for me –– is the fit, especially when carrying items in the pockets. I have a lot of shorts (for running, hiking, pickleball, gym, yoga, etc.) and this is best pair I have when it comes to carrying keys and an iPhone Pro Max and not having them slide down.
