These are the best insoles I've ever used. They make cheap shoes without much structure feel much more supportive and contoured to an excellent fit. Slip on shoes with no laces feel like they've been laced to fit just right. They prevent my feel from sliding around in my shoes so the shoes are more integrated with my feet. Really helps shoes fit better overall and feel sturdier. I was having knee pain and my physical therapist said I needed to wear shoes with more support. These insoles did the trick! I gave these a solid few weeks of wear so I could give an honest opinion. As far as gel insoles go, these get the job done. If you've got a pair of uncomfortable shoes, they'll make them more livable. That said, they're not great for stability and are a little *too* squishy at times, leaving me feeling a little unstable walking on uneven terrain. The ability to add more support where I needed it, though, is a game-changer--really innovative. It added noticeable arch support, and the directions for where to place the pads were super easy to follow. The product is *almost* there. My foot orthopedic doctor prescribed Metatarsal Pads and provided them for $14 for two consumable pads for $14. I initially ordered generic pads from Amazon. I saw the Soul Insole inserts on Good Morning America. I ordered one at the GMA special price. I enjoyed those inserts so much that I order another pair from Amazon at the full price.
