a) Arrived well packaged and complete. b) Comes with the plug assemblies, including 5 sizes of plug tips, carrying/storage case, and carabiner for case ( and instructions) c) I was impressed that it cam with 5 sizes of tips. I was also surprised that the main body ( the purple part) is not hard plastic. which makes it more comfy when sleeping on your side. d) My wife loves them as they are more comfortable than the foam ones she has used, they don't cut out ALL sound, so if there is loud noise, you can still hear it, but makes the "snoring " tolerable... (not sure who is doing all the snoring, wink, wink) e) I expect these will last a long time ( if not, I will edit my review) , and with that these are a reasonably good value . Read more

I have tinnitus and I have spent so much money on everything advertised to minimize the noise when I sleep. These earbuds, hurt the inner ear, and it blocks out nothing. A waste of money as anything else out there. Disappointing how people make useless things to make money off of people like me, just trying to find relief, since until now there is no cure for tinnitus. Read more

These ear plugs are quite comfortable. They do a good job blocking out noise, although if you are sleeping next to a very loud snorer, nothing can really block that out! They stay in all night, even with tossing and turning and side sleeping. I often sleep with squishy earplugs in at night, and even the soft foam ones can make my ears ache from them sticking out too far. These are pretty flat and don't hurt when I sleep on my side. I also like that they come with different sized tips so I can customize my fit. I have actually figured out that each ear needs a different size. The only quasi-negative I'll note is that sometimes I feel like they are almost suctioned into my ear, so I have to remove them carefully. But other than that, I've been happy with these. I wanted to love these because they are cute and come in a great little carrying case with a carabiner attached, and they have 5 sets of tips in 4 different sizes. I followed the instructions to insert them and tried every size and a bunch of different configurations but couldn't get a good seal to block out the sound. Wearing them and not wearing them was pretty much the same. It was pretty frustrating; eventually I gave up and then tried again in a couple days--same thing. So sadly these weren't a good value for me; the yellow/pink foam ones are easy to insert and stay in, though they don't come with the appealing bells and whistles. I will say that these might be for people with small ears in general, as it seemed like the medium might be the best fit for me, though I'm an extremely petite person. I tried every size tip and watched the video, but i can't get these to "seal" my ear canal as directed. I am looking to drown out things like loud snoring and these barely muffled sounds.
