GREAT PRODUCT!!! Large flakes, in a redesigned container. Very easy to open. Has a carrying handle. Unlike the large tubs, this takes up way less space being skinny and tall with a carrying handle! What a great idea. My fish absolutely love this new food!! I am VERY PROUD to support a disabled veterans small business. You can tell that he cares about animals as much as he cares about this country that he served so honorably! All the ingredients are quality and good for fish to consume. Unlike the commercial food that I've been feeding for years, this has ingredients that you recognize and can appreciate. I would recommend this company to any fish keeper! Stop shopping for fish food at your local store (that is full of junk ingredients) and start buying better quality fish food from this company! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! There's not enough great things to say about this food, the packaging, the quality of the ingredients, supporting a disabled veteran's small business, and how much my fish LOVE the food (that he is so thoughtfully created and has gotten on the market for people like us to use.) So much better than pet store product
This is amazing! I have been buying flake food from the pet store, as I'm sure most do, but had been unable to get my preferred brand. It took a shot with this. I liked that it was a small business and veteran owned so I though, why not? I am so glad I did. The quality is amazing. It has huge flakes and of course smaller. No clouding of the tank, fish love it and it isn't practically dust like you get from the pet store. Oh and did I mention the price for what you get is beyond anything else. Still a good value
I have 14 tanks and feed multiple times a day, the amount has enabled me to budget a bit better than getting smaller containers from lfs. I do have to say the bucket its shipped in is rather difficult to open, but a small amount of patience is an easy remedy for that. I am about a third of the way through the package and all of my tanks seem happy with it. I dont see it doing anything off-putting to my tanks. Would recommend. I Plan on purchasing again. Read more
It's huge!
I wasn't ready for how big this really was or how awful it smells. My fish love it! My platys, guppies and cichlids all devour it. They have sooo many babies since switching to this. I figure it smells bad because it's real food and not full of chemicals and fillers. I feed 2-3xs a day and have barely made a dent. I'll definitely be getting more fish now! 😆 Read more
