My sister in law told me about this. My son is a chubby baby and gets sores under his neck and legs. I was hesitant because it’s quite pricy for a small tube. It is well worth it though. I rub some under his neck a few times a day and the sores are gone! I think it would work well with burns and sores also. The bottle is good quality and doesn’t leak at all also.
