I really like this toothpaste. It has a nice, mild mint taste and smell without that harsh burning feeling you often get from strong mint toothpastes. It’s actually quite gentle in the mouth, which I appreciate. I also find it interesting that it includes probiotics — that’s something I haven’t seen much in toothpaste before. I know that probiotics can help support the oral microbiome, so that’s an extra benefit I value. After brushing, my teeth genuinely feel very clean and look whiter, like they’ve been properly polished. Overall, I’m happy with it and like that it’s a bit different from regular options. Read more

The flavor is minty, but it does not leave that aggressive or abrasive sensation that other whitening pastes have. It leaves my mouth fresh for quite some time, which I appreciate, especially on long days. The texture is smooth and has not caused me sensitivity, which for me is important because I have delicate gums. I've noticed a small change in the shade of my teeth, especially in the coffee stains, although nothing dramatic yet. It supposedly helps with gums and breath thanks to probiotics. I can't prove the probiotics, but I do feel less sensitivity, and my breath stays fresh longer. Read more

Bought this to try it out so far it’s been doing its job and I haven’t had any issues it does have a strong minty taste so for those that dislike mint I would recommend I’d try to find another flavor buts it’s been leaving my teeth clean and my gums look healthier makes my mouth feel clean also has helped with my sensitivity. I will give it 4 stars due to the strong minty flavor and its ingredients are pretty good. Read more

I’ve been using this SP-6 Probiotics toothpaste for a couple of weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. My teeth look noticeably brighter, and my gums feel healthier too.
