I have used this for a bit now and it is still working great. When you first turn it on, the fan works immediately but the heat has not yet built up. It only takes a moment for the heat to start coming out. I am picky about sound. It is not as quiet as I would have liked but the sound is not bad. I do not think a heater is made in my price range that is as quiet as I want. Read more
