This is a great heater for small rooms. My room is about 200 sq ft and this heater heats up my whole room on the low setting. It also has a safety feature which shuts it off automatically if it falls down. The remote is also great but I like using the buttons on the heater itself. Overall this was a great purchase! I’m really impressed with this JRD 24” Space Heater. It heats up fast — within seconds you can feel the warmth filling the room. The 1500W power is no joke, and it easily handles larger spaces like my bedroom and even the garage. The 75° oscillation is a great feature because it spreads the heat evenly instead of blasting just one spot. This is just my personal preference, it never shuts off. It does adjust to the room temperature by blowing hot to cool air but I prefer that it would totally turn on and off that's why I am returning it. It works fine, it's just not my preference that it doesn't turn on and off for heating, it just runs constantly. Read more

I previously had a smaller, square space heater which barely heated up a small 8 foot square area. Bit the bullet and bought this one...wow, glad I did. Heats the entire downstairs (basement) I live in, and does so fairly quickly, as in 5 minutes or so. I can't speak to longevity or durability as I've only had the unit a few weeks. But first impressions do matter and so far this heater is a terrific value for the money. Read more
