This is a great heater for small rooms. My room is about 200 sq ft and this heater heats up my whole room on the low setting. It also has a safety feature which shuts it off automatically if it falls down. The remote is also great but I like using the buttons on the heater itself. Overall this was a great purchase! This is just my personal preference, it never shuts off. It does adjust to the room temperature by blowing hot to cool air but I prefer that it would totally turn on and off that's why I am returning it. It works fine, it's just not my preference that it doesn't turn on and off for heating, it just runs constantly. Read more

I previously had a smaller, square space heater which barely heated up a small 8 foot square area. Bit the bullet and bought this one...wow, glad I did. Heats the entire downstairs (basement) I live in, and does so fairly quickly, as in 5 minutes or so. I can't speak to longevity or durability as I've only had the unit a few weeks.
