It does exactly what it should do. It is HOT and feels fantastic. Very easy to use, just plug it in and press the on button. The only thing you could do is adjust the head a little, up and down so you could angle where you want it to go. It also only has one option for heat, which again is very hot but there’s no low heat option or anything. It is great for the desk and very small and portable. The safety feature is great. My wall heater died and my little studio apartment felt like an ice box. After endless deliberation, I chose this mighty little heater to hold me over. It is FABULOUS. I purchased the light brown color, which is like a very pale silly putty/taupey pink with a faint pearly but matte casement. Quiet and discreet in size with no garish switches/buttons, it would look great in a formal living room, office or baby's nursery. It also remains cool to the touch. No burning smells or dodgy sparks or fuse blowing shorts to report. I use mine 3 feet from my bed to comfortably cut the cold draft whilst keeping my dry eyes happy. I had high hopes for this heater, but unfortunately it hasn’t worked as expected. The unit powers on, but it does not consistently produce heat. Even worse, it flickers on and off repeatedly, which makes it unreliable and frustrating to use. I tried it in different outlets and locations, thinking it might be a power issue, but the problem continued. When it does heat, it’s very brief before shutting off again. This defeats the purpose of a space heater, especially in colder conditions. The design is nice and compact, and it would be great for a desk if it actually worked properly, but the inconsistent heating and constant flickering make it unusable for me. Overall, disappointing performance. I wouldn’t recommend this unless the manufacturer fixes these issues. Read more

Works well if it weren't for the shut-off button. The shut-off button is super sensitive, I can not have the product on my long, wide mouse pad because it turns off. I have to place it an arm's length away, which reduces the amount of heat it provides. If I could have it on my mouse pad and closer to me it would be a great product to use. It would be awesome for someone who doesn't need to have the long, wide mouse pad (Mine is3 feet wide, 2 feet deep to put keyboard and mouse on, I think.) I still use it to warm the air slightly, but the turn-off switch/button is just too sensitive. As a result of not being able to have it closer to my body, the heat it provides is limited. It also does a buzz in the fan sometimes but there's no way to clean the fan blades. Read more

I am so happy that I ordered this little heater! My office used to be either comfortable or a sauna and something has changed as now I am freezing at work. (Heat and A/C is controlled by central office across town.) Cold fingers and data entry do not go together and this super cute little heater is perfect for me! Yes, it only has two modes -- on and off. Yes, it only blows air in one direction. Yes, it is small and WON'T warm up a room but it WILL warm you up at your desk, and quickly at that! (It is just the right temperature to sit next to it. If needed, it could go under my desk to warm up my feet.) Yes, it has an auto shut off system. Yes, it is exactly what I wanted! The two features I truly appreciate are (1) It does not need three feet behind it because I don't have the desk space and all of my plugs are in one corner. The wall behind it stays cool. (2) It has an auto shut off system as the circular base must have contact with a flat surface for it to blow the hot air. The minute I pick it up to move it, the auto shut off system stops the heater from working and turns it back on once it makes contact with my desk. It audibly clicks every time the heater is moved and each time it is placed back on a flat surface. This little heater was great last winter and even bordered on being TOO hot at times. Despite being somewhat finicky, I actually really like how sensitive the power button kn the bottom is, as it ensures the device turns off when not upright and on a hard surface. It helps to keep my anxiety lower about a potential fire hazard. I also like how small it is, making it easy to bring with me around the house. It was a great value for what was paid, until it stopped working. With winter hitting the midwest, I brought it back out and have had it running intermittently for the last couple weeks. Alas, today, one day shy of a year since it was purchased, the heating component gave out. The fan still runs, but there is no heat. I wonder if I used it too often and burned it out, although it never ran for more than a few hours at a time. Bottom line: portable and great for intermittent use, but not long-term. Read more

This desktop space heater works great for when your cold at the office in winter. It has a switch to to is on and off. The size is perfect and portable. The price is great for how much heat you get out of it. It will keep you warm no matter how many times the outside door is opened. Read more
