I purchased this heater and right out of the box it would heat properly, but when it began to oscillate it made a loud clunking noise and then stopped working altogether. The return process went smoothly, and we reordered the same model. The replacement heater works well; however, the remote control was missing from the box. This has been very disappointing. We now have to return yet another heater just to receive the remote control that should have been included. My wife has already requested a replacement remote, but at this point I would have chosen a different seller altogether. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience reflects very poor quality control and customer service. Because of that, I felt it was important to leave an honest review. This heater is perfect for my home office space. Right out of the box. I set it up turned it on and it chased away the cold that constantly lingers under my desk from the concrete foundation. The fan is strong enough to circulate air under the desk from a 4' distance. This is perfect as I really did not want a heater directly by my feet. I could not be more pleased with this product. Just received today. There was no led display on my heater. I was able to lightly tap the top and the led number displayed saying the heater was on 75 but when I tried to turn it up it wouldn’t go up or down. And then the led numbers went out and still won’t come back on. There’s not 3 settings. I can’t get it to go to low or high. Contacted Amazon they wanted me to trouble shoot which didn’t fix anything. And now they have me contacting the seller since it’s a 3rd party seller. Really disappointed with the purchase!! This is the best of the best! I bought 3 heaters for the winter. I wanted a heater on every room in the house. So whenever I visit a room or company visits during the holidays they would be warm! I bought 2 of these think I would need to use both to heat up my studio apartment(300/400sq feet) I was mistaken. One of these keeps my place toasty and warm. The little remote comes in handy when I’m far away from it. It’s easily can be moved from the little handle in the back. It doesn’t take up much space which it great.
